Biography

Kate has worked at Goldman Sachs for 17 years, joining in London from National Australia Bank in Money Market Sales and Foreign Exchange trading. Since 2000 Kate has been in Human Capital (HCM).

Kate was the Head of Campus Recruitment, Europe until mid 2002 when she returned to Australia to take up the head of HCM for Goldman Sachs in Australia.

Kate left Goldman Sachs in late 2003 and worked at Macquarie between 2004 and 2007 before returning to Goldman Sachs JBWere in 2007.

Since 2007 Goldman Sachs have been through a number of significant organisational changes; divesting JBW to NAB and then a change to full ownership to Goldman Sachs in 2011, projects in which she has played a significant part.

Key areas of focus: Diversity, Management and Leadership, Change / Refocus of work population

Kate has been actively involved in the Male Champions of Change as an Implementation Leader to Goldman Sachs CEO, Simon Rothery since 2012.
