Biography

Rebecca McGrath is an internationally experienced business professional.

Rebecca is currently Chairman of Investa Office Management and a Non-Executive Director with four ASX listed companies, including OZ Minerals Ltd, Incitec Pivot Ltd, CSR Ltd and Goodman Group. In addition, she is a member of the Advisory Council for JP Morgan in Australia and an independent director of Scania Australia and Barristers' Chambers Limited. Previously, she was a Non-Executive Director with Big Sky Credit Union.

Prior to her non-executive career, Rebecca spent more than 20 years as an executive in the oil industry. She held business and functional management roles with BP in Australasia, Europe and the United Kingdom.
From 1999-2003 Rebecca was based in Europe where she held the positions of Marketing Director France & Benelux countries, followed by GM Group Planning & GM Group Marketing Performance in the BP's Global Business Centre in London.

From 2003-2008 Rebecca held the position of Vice President Operations Australia & Pacific encompassing BP's downstream businesses including Retail & Reseller (B2C), Commercial Fuels (B2B), Bitumen, Distribution & Logistics businesses, a range of functions as well as BP's operations in the South West Pacific.

In January 2008 Rebecca was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer Australasia, providing Strategy, Commercial, Analytical, Accounting, Procurement and Shared Services support to all BP's downstream businesses in the region. In this capacity Rebecca was a member of BP's Regional Executive Board. She resigned from BP at the end of 2011 to pursue a non-executive career.

Rebecca holds the degrees of Bachelor of Town Planning (Hons.) & Master of Applied Science (Project Management). She has attended executive management programmes at Harvard Business School, Cambridge University and MIT in Boston. Rebecca is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.

Rebecca, her husband PJ and two sons live in Melbourne.
